Empowering Women Through Education and Opportunity
PROTA is a non-profit civil organization dedicated to designing and developing structured empowerment and health-focused initiatives that support women’s active participation in social and economic life. It focuses on women facing structural barriers to inclusion, including working mothers, unemployed women and women aged 55+ who encounter challenges in labour market reintegration, digital adaptation and access to health and wellbeing resources.
PROTA is committed to delivering practical, measurable and meaningful support. Its approach goes beyond awareness or advocacy by creating structured frameworks that provide women with concrete tools, guidance and access to opportunities, including health education and prevention awareness.
Through mentoring, skills development, digital literacy training and inclusive participation models, the organization strengthens women’s confidence, employability, physical and mental wellbeing and social engagement. To ensure equal access, it integrates supportive measures such as childcare facilitation, health guidance and accessibility provisions, in line with European inclusion principles.
With a long-term, policy-oriented vision aligned with European priorities on Gender Equality, Social Inclusion, Public Health, Active Ageing and Lifelong Learning, PROTA develops scalable and sustainable empowerment models that create lasting social impact.
