Empowering Women Through Education and Opportunity

PROTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to every woman’s empowerment, support, education, and health prevention.

We stand beside women of all ages, creating opportunities for wellbeing, confidence, knowledge, and equal participation in every aspect of life.

Through education, guidance, and health awareness, PROTA empowers every woman to move forward stronger, healthier, and without limitations.

PROTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women of all ages, working mothers, unemployed women women aged 55+ facing barriers to employment participation health.

We design implement mentoring, training digital skills programs that help women strengthen confidence improve professional prospects support physical mental health actively participate in social economic life.

To ensure equal access to education participation wellbeing, PROTA integrates support measures within its programs, childcare facilitation during training activities health guidance in line with European inclusion principles.
